Can you tell me why people who are not the indigenous in control of African diamonds, gold, coltan but specifically diamonds. The poor of Africa could buy medicines, food, provide decsent housing. How can a people live so good and treat the indigenous so criminally. I know aparthied is over but DeBeers is stealing the resources. Thanks, cj
