4. Boaz,
No, I'm simply saying that jews are using the Holocaust today in sick ways.
Everytime someone makes a statement against Israel he becomes anti semitic thus he is calling for the destruction of the jews ! GIVE ME A BREAK ! you want the world to become Israel's "Yes-man" ? There are two sides to every coin u know and you should listen and respect other's opinions even if it is opposing to yours.
Al-Mannar is Hezbollah's propoganda just like jews have their own TV channels all over europe and the states.

5. Is that so George?
Is there internal criticism in Al-Manar? Will Hizbullah allow to voice views saying Israel is a good thing?

Except that "anti-Semitic" was coined as a substitute for "Jew-hate". What it should logically mean and what it does mean are two different things.
Secondly, what al-Manar broadcasted was not simple political criticism, it accused "Zionists" of spreading AIDS, among other things. (I do like the way Islamic extremists say "Zionist" as a codeword.) Previously they aired the Syrian adaptation of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, material that can be viewed as nothing but anti-Semitic. They were granted a French license precisely on the condition that they not show such programming. They did, and got their license yanked. Fair and square.

George, if your'e so up in arms over the way the phrase "anti-semitism" doesn't include Arabs, then why can't you be more precise with phrases like "genocide"? Or "terrorism"? Or "war crime"? You've probably used these words against Israel and Israelis in a way that oddly avoids blame for what Arabs do to Israel and Israelis, right?
Also, the nation of Amalek is a Semitic tribe. See what the Jews are required to do with them - read the Bible, mate. Obviously based on what you'll discover, there's nothing "Jewish" about using biological origin as a "free pass".
Lastly, anti-Israel comments become anti-Semitic when standards used against the Israeli state and Jews are not used for others - perhaps specifically Arab states. We suspect that the unstated undertow (unless you're Mayor Livingstone who leaves nothing unstated) when Arab states and their allies bitch about us and are blind to their own shortcomings is that they believe Israel should not exist as a Jewish state - that we should "all go back to where we came from", ignoring that we come from here originally, and ignoring that the Holocaust has shown that no "state of its citizens" prior to the founding of Israel has managed to find a practical answer to the groundswell of anti-semitism that eventually results in Jews getting slaughtered. Israel is not a "Jewish state" for the sake of being a "Jewish state" - it's purpose is not to preserve itself at the expense of everybody else, and despite the lack of cooperation it gets it tries to survive without being at the expense of others. Rather Israel is designed to ensure a safe haven for Jews.
If people who think like you were more cooperative, or if you were to internalize this understanding and were to become empathetic for our situation, you'd probaby find that your confrontation with Israel would have long ago diminished.
Yet you seem to disagree that a Jewish state is necessary or desireable. George, you live in Israel; you should either accept it or seek to have the boundary moved to exclude Nazareth when / if we come to a settlement with the Palestinians.
