Hamas drops call for Greater Palestine    By Roee Nahmias
1. This is huge
This is the fundamental reason that Hamas is labelled a terror organization. If they are willing to live side by side in peace with us, and not only agree to this but publicly change their charter and message to their people, then we have a very serious chance for a permanant peace for decades to come, saving thousands of lives of Jewish and Palestinians. Abbas is proving to a great leader. It would not surprise me if one day he is listed with Ghandi, Mandela and Churchill. An amazing man who deserves our thanks.

2. PEACE AGREEMENTS OF DEATH
Oslo land for war proved that all that is required by world leaders of Arab Muslims, is that they say the right words in English and keep on killing Jews at a greatly accelerated rate. imra reported on Tuesday, "Official Palestinian media said today Abbas's PLO and Hamas and Islamic Jihad have agreed to full unification, with all sides recognizing PLO''s "Strategy of Stages" a document that sets out a phased program for Israel's destruction...through a combination of diplomacy and violence". They are imitating the founder of Islam, Muhammad, who signed agreements until such time he became stronger, at which time, he then murdered and took slaves of the peoples he had made agreements with. 2.5 million Christians are dead from Sudan's jihad. Hundreds of thousands of Christians have been taken for slaves by Sudan's Muslims.

3. This is Hugely Inconsequential.
The key is not that Hamas has deigned to acknowledge the existence of Israel in exchange for momentary quiet. The salient language is the reservation: namely, that Hamas reserves the right to "return to its original demand in the future." Which means, in essence, that Hamas has conceded the viability of negotiation as a short-term strategy, as one element of a longer-term goal of eliminating Israel. I am hardly a rabid right-winger, but this isn't even a wolf in sheep's clothing. It's a wolf in jackal's clothing.

4. Hahaha
"Despite the agreement, however, Hamas reserves the right to return to its original demand in the future." This is the key phrase, while they might say one thing in english they say another in arabic. Talk is cheap, and actions speak louder than words. And Hamas's action of bringing in hundreds of guns (http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3065488,00.html) shows that this is just a ploy. Also considering the fact that they recently brought anti-aircraft missiles show that these words are worthless. Lets not forget that the missiles were brought in with PA help. And that Abbas has specifically said that he would not fight the terror groups and simply try to absorb them as the police. As anyone with common sense can see, making the same terrorists the police officer does not stop from being a terrorists. All Abbas is doing is playing for the camera. While not lifting a finger in trying to stop terror. He couldn't even get a "hudna" from the terror groups, all he could get was a "calm" that could stopped at a moment of the terror groups choosing. And if he is really so agaisnt the idea of greater palestine and the idea of living side by side whey doesn't he replace the textbooks and stop incitement on TV. History is repeating itself, only this time more Israeli's children will be killed because of the governments refusal to see the truth.

5. Rubbish as usual!
Benjamin - which article did you read my friend? Did you not read the Hamas statements that they reserve the right to return to their current policy and they are freezing but not annuling the armed struggle. We can appreciate Abbas' efforts which do indeed appear genuine but we should not jump to give Hamas the Nobel Peace Prize quite yet.

6. Skeptism and mistrust on both sides is understandable...
But we must realize we are living in new and much different times. Withdrawal from Lebanon caused Hizb Allah to cease offensive operations and only respond to IDF and IAF incursions. The same can and will happen here. Hamas has turned over a new leaf, we only heard hints of these types of statements when Arafat was around (remember, Rantissi said that he would be willing to negotiate borders with Israel). The real burden here is on us. Our old, violent leaders just can't help but to continue to speak out one side of their mouth saying they are "halting offensive operations" yet continue incursions and arrests. Even when the MI chief comes out and says that the PA security is foiling as many attacks as our security forces were foiling, we still continue to secretly try to undermine Abbas in order to continue pursue the perturbed version Zionism that the Effie Eitam's strive for, which is to kill or expel all Arabs between the sea and the river.

7. ROAD MAP OF INDEFENSIBLE BORDERS: THE FINAL SOLUTION
By international agreement, Israel is the only nation on earth to have PLO terrorists implanted into its Land. Heavily armed and trained. Financed by the nations, the PLO's sole purpose as enshrined in its charter, is the destruction of Israel.. They call this method of killing Jews, the "peace process". Hitler called it the final solution.

8. "Palestinians" don't exist!
It's a fraud to steal Israel from the Jews who are the rightful owners. Send the Arabs back to Syria, Jordan where they came from!
