1. THE GENOCIDAL GOAL OF THE ISLAMIC STATE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.28.05)
Every Palestinian political party is a terrorist organization. Every single one of the PA's security services is involved in terrorist attacks against Israel. PLO terrorists were imported into Israel through Oslo to committ mass murder and terrorism. THAT IS WHAT TERRORISTS DO. Shortly after Oslo, Arafat, in an interview on Jordan TV, explained the PLO strategy: "Since we cannot defeat Israel in war, we do this in stages. We take any and every territory we can of Palestine, and establish sovereignty there, and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel."

Jews & Muslims have no more right to land than anyone else. Noone is 'special' because of their religion. Seems to me Isrealis are going to start calling Palestinians 'niggers' (unacceptable US racist comment for blacks) before they realize what their error really is. Tolerance is the only route to follow that leads to friendship. If this weren't true, noone would get married.
3. THE TINY EMBATTLED JEWISH STATE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.29.05)
The 22 HUGE, oil-wealthy Arab states cover over six million square miles, over ten percent of the land surface of earth. TINY Israel is one tenth of one percent of the Middle East, barely enough room for Jews. Around 1948, Arabs violently ethnically cleansed one million Jews from Arab countries. Arab governments seized the land, homes, bank accounts, businesses and assets of the Jews. Most of the Jewish refugees fled to Israel. THERE MUST NOW BE A JUST SETTLEMENT FOR THESE MILLIONS OF JEWISH REFUGEES (including their descendants).
4. THE ARABS ALREADY HAVE THEIR PALESTINIAN STATE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.29.05)
In 1922, Arabs were given 80% of Palestine. It became Jordan, giving the Muslims their Arab Palestinian state. It was ethnically cleansed of Jews. This area of Palestine was part of ancient Biblical Israel and was recognized along with present-day Israel, including Judea Samaria and Gaza as the Jewish homeland, by the League of Nations and Article 80 of the UN Charter. The League of Nations Mandate does not allow the transfer of this land to any foreign non-Jewish government.

For Jews, having a state has been the only means ever shown to ensure our protection. In the centuries since the second commonwealth, our population increased only from 4.5 million (our population at the end of the 2nd temple period) to about 18 million, dropping 6 million in WWII alone, and now again we're on the rise thanks to having a state, the only location on earth where the Jewish community is growing year after year consistently. If we could have defended ourselves in our own state all these years, we could have had 125 million Jews by now. For us, a state is a means of protecting ourselves like all other Peoples are permitted to protect themselves, as well as a means for enabling us (when upon our ancestral lands) to fulfill ritual requirements that are not applicable on any other lands in the world. So regarding "entitlement", I suppose if nobody is entitled, and if the only issue is entitlement, and if you can sell that idea to the UN's 180 nations in a way that we'll get to live here as part of a worldwide single nation without borders, then I've got no problem with it. However, I do have a problem with everybody always assuming that we have to start our personal visions of utopia with Israel, that our conflict with the Palestinians is especially unique to warrant these billions of dollars at the expense of similar efforts that could be expended developing south-Asia and Africa. It all smacks of "something else" than what people convince themselves their "interest" to be.
