1. Reason
Over the past few days and for everyone observing, it has become clear that each side must deal with its own radical elements. The cost of progress in a peace process or a political process will be the rise of radicals to challenge and curtail such progress. For both sides it should clear that the majority that is silent is in favor of calm and a return to a joint process that should bring back hope. In the next few weeks we will see the objectionist on each side rising and scrambling to make sure that through violence both parties go back ringside. Both leaders should expect this scenario and accept the cost and each must deal fairly and firmly with the objectionists on their side. The Gaza redployment is good for Israel and the Palestinians. It is not a victory for the "resistance" nor for military strategists, but rather for logic and maturity.
This is a chance for Israelis and Palestinians who have been disenfranchised for the past 6 years to speak out. We both want a better future.

2. Pure Reason
Israeli "radicals" aren't lobbing mortars, sending murder/suicide bombers, and firing indiscriminately into Palestinian Arab neighborhoods. They're marching and being dealt with by the authorities in accordance with the rule of law. The PA is struggling against well-armed thugs it has allowed to openly operate for too long, and who are still welcome at the nrgotiating table.

3. Pure Reason #2
Ponder a minute on this: acts commited on a civilian population such as mass home demolition, hundereds of civilian deaths (250 cases under investigation by IDF), roadblocks and checkpoints known not just to humilate but to cause death, land confiscation, uprooting trees, building settlements, walling in entire towns and cities dropping a one ton bomb on a crowded neighberhood with one ligitemate target (10 children died) etc. are all radical acts even if commited by regular soldiers not seen as radicals. Then you have the Baruch Goldsteins and Igal Amirs who are there to push the enevelope. If you treat a human like an animal this human will start to behave like animal. Sustaining an occupation over 3 million people is radical and is an act of injustice not matter how fair you think it is. There is nothing civil about it. This is fueling these attacks against civilians on your side that is not to be justified by any means. We are locked into this argument for generations now and still fail to differentiate between effects and causes but are clear on the retributions. Reason must prevail. You see we are neither right but rather wrong for the time being.

4. To Faruk
I do agree that ygal amir and baruch goldstein are two criminals but they are the exception and not the rule among the jewish people
On the contrary,we find out sores of criminals, thugs and terrorists among your fellow palestinians
There is something rotten in your religious culture compelling you to kill and create havoc wherever you live...
You are not the only "opressed "people on earth but you are the only one self producing misery for decades
Your only luck is to have in front of you Tsahal...
Because should you oppose russian or red china army, problems would have been resolved once for all( destroyed towns and villages, both civilians and terrorists executed)

6. As I said before .....
The only intelligent way to curb terror is if this comes from within....It looks like
" normal" residents start realizing that they too have a say into either accepting terror attacks against Israel, which includ a chance of retaliation, or deterrance of these attacks, which may end up in fortifying the PA into restoring law and order

Be reasonable, "rotten" is not called for. I thank you for admiting that we are oppressed people. As a friend wrong actions are not justified by their scale.

8. To Golani & Faruk
Salla ALeikhum.....Shalom....
How close are those two words...just like Abba and ABu , echat and ouhhad..
and both of you enjoy eating fallafel and humus ( so do I ) ..Look folks, religion and policis CANNOT operate together....
Should they, you will get into the worse possible kind of war, the same type that threw Catholics against Protestants, Christians against Moslems...it just doesnt work . God can never be an excuse for killing. Not here, not in Europe, not in Indonesia. Clerics should keep their flock where they belong but certainly not into politics.
If it was not for religious zeal on both sides, there would be no protestors and possibly already a long lasting agreement. The problem on both side is the same : Too many bearded men thinking that they are the righful owners of ther truth.
