Yes I agree. I am totally opposed and abhorred by Zada's action, but likewise if in deed he was hand-cuffed and disarmed according to israeli law he would have been subject to the courts. The lynching should be investigated. Such acts can not be condoned. It should be treated the same as an Arab attack would be treated in all ways. Definitely, I'm concerned about any loss of human life whether it's Jewish or not. When I expressed my sorry for Zada as a victim of hatred I didn't deny that he was a terrorist. I'm not saying he's not a criminal. I've meant he was a sort of a brain washed who lost his life for what he believes genuinely to be right & of a high value. I've never thought it might be an accident because he deserted the army & kept his weapon & was a fugitive. Yoram Skolnick was in prison for 8 years after fatally shooting an Arab terrorist who had failed in his mission and was apprehended and tied up. The bound terrorist made a suspicious movement and was later found to have a concealed weapon on his person.
