1. Investigate The Lynchers
Adina Kutnicki ,   NJ, US   (08.07.05)
When was the last time Arab terrorists were NOT allowed to be brought in alive once he/she were disarmed?? If the Israeli authorities cave into Arab dictates not to investigate, they might as well adopt sharia law. Dhimmi status will not be far behind. Afterall, who really runs the show in Jewish?Israel?
2. ISLAMIST MURDER & MAIMING OF JEWS GETS HUGE REWARDS
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.07.05)
The absolute callous disregard for Jewish lives is demonstrated by Israel's leaders deliberately ignoring the great danger of Arab Israelis joining in the jihad against Jews.Ynet: 'Intifada is possible' 8/6/05. All Palestinian Authority maps show the new state of Palestine covering ALL Israel with ALL Jerusalem as their capital. Their goal is the destruction of the world's only Jewish state and its replacement with an Islamic one. Islam teaches every nation, every human being must be brought under total domination and subjugation by Islam. Under cruel sharia law. The G-D of Jews and Christians is a G-D of great mercy-Ruler of the universe. The horrifying response of Israel's leaders to more than 27,000 Arab Muslim terror attacks against Israel's Jews in the last five years and the maimings and murders of THOUSANDS of Jewish innocents is to reward and greatly EMPOWER barbaric religious war with an Islamist terror state on Jewish land. Israeli leaders ALLOWED terrorists to bombard Jewish Gaza with THOUSANDS of rockets and mortars. Israeli leaders refused to defend Jews, fight back and defeat the enemy. Sderot, inside the green line, is a frequent target of rocket attacks. Israeli leaders REFUSE to defend their Jewish citizens. Israel's Jews must go on strike - protest in the streets. Israel must have leaders who will defend Jews and save Jews from the planned second holocaust. Palestinian Authority Minister Mohammed Dahlan, respected by U.S. and Israeli leaders, is in charge of coordinating the withdrawal with Israel. Terror master, Dahlan - murderer of Jews, is responsible for the bomb attack on the Israeli school bus in November 2000 in which two school teachers were murdered and three children from the Cohen family lost their legs. If Jesus Christ lived today, from the time Jesus was in his mother's womb, he would be targeted for murder by the Islamofascists for being a Jew living in his homeland of Israel. The Palestinian Authority hailed as heroes the terrorists who brutally murdered the beautiful and innocent 8 months pregnant Jewish Gaza mother and her four little daughters. The Palestinian Authority teach the murder of Jews as a religious obligation through their mosques, media and public education system. Broadcast from Gaza mosque, Oct 13 2000, Dr. Ahmad Abu Halabiya, on Palestinian Authority TV (transcribed by Memri): "Have no mercy on the Jews, no matter where they are, in any country. Fight them, wherever you are. Wherever you meet them, kill them. Wherever you are, kill those Jews and those Americans who are like them..." In the end, only G-D can, and will protect Jews. No one else wants to.
3. Investigate!
Daniel Zylbersztajn ,   London   (08.07.05)
Yes I agree. I am totally opposed and abhorred by Zada's action, but likewise if in deed he was hand-cuffed and disarmed according to israeli law he would have been subject to the courts. The Israeli Arabs who lynched him would have had more from him alive and talking - explaining and naming the process that let to this.... I agree also that Israel has in deed returned alive people who intended or did kill to the P.A.
4. Beng vGmarnu
Eyal ,   Tlv.il   (08.07.05)
He showed no mercy - to his innocent victims.
5. Lynching society
Isac ,   Florida   (08.07.05)
When arab bombers or gunmen where caught live in the barbaric acts in Israel , they weren't lynched by a jewish mob. Lynching seems to be a significant part of the "peaceful" islamic culture. Still some retarded people claim, that the Israelis are in comparison to Arabs a violent society . Give me a break.
6. Pictures
EM   (08.07.05)
Why dit Ynet and it seems all the Israeli news channels feel it necessary to show pictures of a beaten Zada moments before his death. Does it improve our understanding of the situation? What purpose is served? Don't you have any limits regarding what you will print in order to sell?
7. To Isac
EM ,   Israel   (08.07.05)
Sorry, but you are absolutely wrong. Jewish mobs lynched Arab terrorists in Kiryat Shmonah and Beit She'an. So you better check your "retarded" sources of information.
8. Thank you, YNET
Piranha ,   Chicago, IL   (08.07.05)
Thank you, YNET, for being brave enough to show the pictures of a disarmed, undressed and defenseless man about to be murdered by a ravaging mob. Your pictures give the lie to the allegation that he was killed in self-defense. An investigation MUST be held in order to get to the truth of the murder of this man. The fact that he was a criminal and committed an act of terror does not justify his lynching. Justice requires a full investigation.
9. double standards ???
Sarah ,   Israel   (08.07.05)
Why is it, when convenient Arabs demand double standards. Had the roles been reversed you bet the Arab population and the United Nations would be screaming bloody murder for a probe. These people need to be brought to justice, not because they are Arab, but because as citizens of the State of Israel they must adhere too the laws or suffer the consequences. This is disgusting
10. Israeli doubl standard
Anthony Scarpa ,   NYC, NY, USA   (08.07.05)
The lynching should be investigated. Such acts can not be condoned. It should be treated the same as an Arab attack would be treated in all ways. Why has the terrorist'ss family home not been blown up? This is standard procedure against the families of Arab killers. Is Jewish property sacrosanct? Is it all about shekels? Arab families are punished why not Jewish families? Israeli law which transcends individual responsibility when Arabs are criminals and should transcend individual responsibility when Jews are criminals.

Billy ,   Burlington, Canada   (08.07.05)
Although I do agree with your opinions, I wished that you didn't miss expressing your sorry for the loss of life of innocent non-Jewish Israeli citizens & condolences to their families. I feel also very sorry for Zada & his family. He's just another victim of hatered who tried to be faithful to his believes. He was just 17 years of old for God sake! All of his life was still ahead of him. God bless their souls all.
12. There must be investigation!!
yoel ,   Switzerland   (08.07.05)
If the lynch remains unpunished, political considerations will become prior to Justice. This could be the first step leading to anarchy; arabs could practice their own justice without any consideration towards israeli tribunals. What's next? Shariaa? Today, he's lyched also in the media, but it could be just an innocent who was passing-by for the next time. Either he was mad, or he was completely responsible; in any case, we will never know about that. But, force must be the monople of the police and justice, which represent the authority of the democratic State of Israel. When the arab minority (even big) does not follow the rules of the majority, it's called "insurrection". In arab countries, we but even arabs do not have the right to demonstrate against the power. The best status we had was to be considered as Dhimmis, and in any case, we had to submit. When we watch what happens to people who demonstrate for their staying in the Gush Katif, and how tough Sharon decided to stop them, it would be unacceptable to notice that people responsible of the lynch (most horrible murder) could remain unpunished! At the same time some Jews are in prison for "administrative reasons" just because they're considered as suspects.........
13. Of course I regret loss of innocent life
Piranha ,   Chicago, IL   (08.07.05)
Billy, I did call this an act of terror and I called the shooter a criminal. It goes without saying that I regret the loss of life of his victims. Since apparently I was not clear enough, I say here that I am sorry for the loss of life of his innocent victims -- whether they were Jewish or non-Jewish, and whether they were Israeli citizens is irrelevent to my sympathy. By the way, Billy, have you expressed concern for the shooting of the 10-year-old Jerusalem boy who was shot in the head "in response to" the shooting on the bus? What about the Jews from Karnei Shomron who were in the car that was fired on on the Azoun bypass road? If not, why not? It is unfortunate that Zada was brutally murdered by the mob at the bus. Early news reports said that he may not have fired his rifle as an intentional act to kill random Arabs, but that his shooting may have stemmed from a dispute over a bus seat. Now, like Jack Ruby's murder of Lee Harvey Oswald silenced Oswald just after Oswald killed President Kennedy, the killing of Zada deprives us of Zada's testimony, which may have beek key in an investigation of the shooting and the subsequent murder of the shooter. I don't consider Zada "a victim of hatred who tried to be faithful to his beliefs" any more than I felt that way about Richard Speck, who mass-murdered 8 student nurses in Chicago, or Charles Manson, who had a group of supportes and murdered Sharon Tate in Los Angeles. Whether Zada had a connection to any other group in Rishon Letzaion or Tapuach or elsewhere (or Shin Bet provacateurs) is something that we may never know, again because he was lynched before he could talk. I hope that the investigation proceeds diligently and that the murderers are brought to justice.

http://www.israelinsider.com/channels/security/articles/sec_0094.htm An Israeli arab commited a terror attack and his home wasn't destroyed. So I assume you want this procedure placed on his home aswell? Or how about these guys http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3115064,00.html They haven't had their homes destroyed in Israel. They got a pass because they are Israeli citizens. So I'm sure you want this standard placed on them aswell?
15. To: Piranha
Billy ,   Burlington, Canada   (08.08.05)
Thank you for your reply. I'm so sorry that I didn't mention the shooting of the 10Y boy, nor the Azoun bypass incidence. Definitely, I'm concerned about any loss of human life whether it's Jewish or not. When I expressed my sorry for Zada as a victim of hatred I didn't deny that he was a terrorist. I'm not saying he's not a criminal. I've meant he was a sort of a brain washed who lost his life for what he believes genuinely to be right & of a high value. I've never thought it might be an accident because he deserted the army & kept his weapon & was a fugitive. I do condemn him for his actions (unless it was an accident) but I still feel deeply sorry for losing his life in such a criminal brutal way. Thanks again for your reply. It's a good one!
16. No excuse for the barbaric behavior of Arabs!
Daisy ,   USA   (08.08.05)
17. Yoram Skolnik served 8 years in prison, they should too...
Chaim   (08.08.05)
Yoram Skolnick was in prison for 8 years after fatally shooting an Arab terrorist who had failed in his mission and was apprehended and tied up. The bound terrorist made a suspicious movement and was later found to have a concealed weapon on his person.
18. To #11 Billly. I'm so sorry for the victims
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.08.05)
Billy, you missed my comments on other articles on this subject and I did express my condolences to the families of the victims. I am horrified that Zada committed this dreadful act. In the last five years there have been more than 27,000 Islamist terror attacks against Israel's Jews. Only one by a Jew and that is one too many. As Jews and Christians, we believe in the One true G-D - Creator of the universe who gave life as a gift to live for Him and do good. To break G-D's law, "You shall not murder" is a terrible thing. As Jews and Christians we look forward to that future day when G-D's kingdom reigns. They will never again hurt another human being! Thank G-D!

20. ZADA
VICTOR ,   TORONTO   (08.10.05)
HE WAS ATTACKED AND WAS TRYING TO DEFEND HIMSELF AGAINST HIS ATTACKERS, NOT WHAT THE MEDIA TELLS US. WHO WERE THE WITNESSES TO HIS "CRIME"?
21. Eden a terrorist ?
lea ,   usa   (12.02.07)
Perhaps but why are the Arabs so against an investigation as to the reason why this 17 yr old chose to slay the so called victims? If indeed the victims were innocent my heart goes out to them & their families. If Eden acted in self-defense,his shootings were justified! And may he be in the arms of Hashem. As to the lynch mob are they not murders killing an unarmed hand-cuffed man? The Israeli police & leftist govt would rather placate the arabs thinking that would bring peace to Israel. Peace can only be achieved by fighting.. Never Again, Lea
