All factions/groups must disarm and the only monopoly the PA must have is the monopoly of law and order. As a Palestinian I see this as essential to mantain our democratic values and has nothing to do with the conflict. Law and order are a must. We will have our parliament elections in January so as a rule any party that maintains military offshoots must disarm or be out of the elections. Parliament is for political parties only.
