1. G-D's BIBLICAL WARNING ABOUT DEPORTING GAZA'S JEWS
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.17.05)
The Creator has the right to give land to whom He chooses. G-D gave the TINY land of Israel to the Jews as an everlasting possession. This is stated repeatedly in the Bible. Thousands of years ago, the G-D who declares the end from the beginning, warned in the Bible the frightening consequences of deporting Gaza's Jews. Amos l-6-7 "Thus says the L-RD, "For three transgressions of Gaza and for four I will not revoke its punishment. Because they deported an entire population to deliver it up to Edom. So I will send fire upon the wall of Gaza and it will consume her citadels."

3. It WILL Return To Its Owners- The Nation Of Israel
Yishai Kohen ,   YeShA, Israel   (08.17.05)
"THE PALESTINIAN NATIONAL CHARTER" (Al-Mithaq Al-Kawmee Al-Philisteeni), Adopted in 1964 by the 1st Palestinian Conference Article 24: This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area. http://www.palestine-un.org/plo/pna_two.html This is why the nation of Israel has returned to its land- after EVERY exile.
4. When will Arabs give back to 1 million Jews they stole from
David Landman ,   Natick, USA   (08.17.05)
In any war there are those who lose and win. Populations move. Its a fact. It was much more severe in the population exchanges between Pakistan and India. WHat I want to know is why can arabs steal Jewish land and property and get away with it, while Israel gets the short end of the stick? There should be another population exchange with Arabs moving from Israel, Judea and Samaria into the Jordanian Palestinian Federation, with some Jews moving from Gaza and Judea and Samaria to minimalize the transfer. At the end, there will still be Arabs in Isarel, because its a thriving Democracy respectful of all people, and the Jordan-Palestinian Federation will still be a terror state, with no Jews do to racist laws.

7. Gaza always returns
Flors clavigera ,   centre.Israel   (08.17.05)
I was stationed at Rafiah for one month after the Sinai campaign and travelled all over the Gaza strip. The only plantations were citrus groves near the Gaza City coast extending in both direction. But nowhere near what was to become Gush Kartiv. After the Six Day War I worked with a surveying team, doing surveying for what was to become the Gush, It was only deep sand. Without any trace of these wonderful groves described in the article. And the earth moving equipment only moved in after the surveying was finished ,as is the practise every where in the world. Not only that, the area of Gush Kartiv was shunned by the Arabs as cursed terrain. There seems to be as much truth in that article, as the statement in the Holy Koran that, “Miriam, sister of Moses is the same person as Mary, mother of Jesus” I advise less hashish smoking.
8. Even the "Quran" gives Israel to the Jews!
hpinxs ,   Las Cruces, NM   (08.17.05)
Why can't the Muslims be honest? Even their holy book gives Israel to the Jews. They STOLE the land in the first place! So move somewhere else! The Qur'an in Chapter 5: 20-21 states quite clearly: Moses said to his people: O my people! Remember the bounty of God upon you when He bestowed prophets upon you , and made you kings and gave you that which had not been given to anyone before you amongst the nations. O my people! Enter the Holy Land which God has written for you, and do not turn tail, otherwise you will be losers." Also why can Arabs (Muslim, Druse, and Christian) live in Israel, but not ONE Jew can live in "Holy" nation of Sudia Arabia? You want to talk about racism address that!
9. to hpinx u should read this before trting to say something
Eman ,   St.Louis Missouri   (08.17.05)
so why dont you try reading th rest of the chapter 24-26. 24" They said: O Musa ( Moses) we shall never enter it as long as they are there. So go you and your Lord and fight you two, we are sitting right here" 25"He(Moses) said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother, so seperate us from the people who are the Fasiqun (rebellious and disobiediant to Allah)!"26 (Allah) said: " Therefore it (this holy land) is forbidden to them for forty years; in distractionthey will wander through the land. So be not sorrowful over th people who are the fasiqun." the israelies didn't even listen to moses and didn't want to enter it because they were cowards! what nation goes against thier own prophet? they were then forbidden to enter the holy for 40 years. And now they are trying to claim that it was given to them by God!!! Since when do they listen to God????????

12. EMAN, I think 40 years has PAST!
hpinxs ,   Las Cruces, NM   (08.17.05)
Wow to say the Jews don't EVER inherit the land it TOTALLY wrong. The 40 years of wandering are long OVER. Even Allah has "written it" for the Jews! Why can you accept that?

In the Koran, sura 17, verse 104, it says "Then We (Allah) said to the Israelites: Dwell in the land. When the promise of the hereafter comes to be fulfilled, We shall assemble you all together."
14. Religion is the problem...
Andrew ,   USA   (08.18.05)
Okay, the posters here are demonstrating just how destructive surrounding your entire view of reality over an ancient, musty, wrong-headed book. All it causes is more stupid hatred, pain, anguish and destruction than living in the reality of now. This is the real problem here. The jewish people lost the land to Rome and went wandering. Muslims won it back from Rome. Then only 60 years ago the Jews began a terrorist campaign against Muslims to steal the land they hadn't touched for a long time. Then they got upset that the Muslims tried the same tactics back at them so locked them all up in what practically amounts to a concentration camp and then slowly began stealing all that land back... Of course, the militant Muslims have made the whole process as difficult as the militant Jews who did this. They are exactly the same kind of people on both sides here... And then there is a much larger group of Jews and Muslims who would be very happy to live in peace with one another and get victimized by both sides. The world will end soon, other people have ensured that. But before it does the races will become more and more mixed and religions will get more and more pointlessly fractured over minor disputes. On that note-- Muslims and Christians are both Jews who have splintered off as different points, but in its root they are all the exact same people (or perhaps rather borrowed the beliefs of those original people). But both sides of this arguement had two choices. They could have Israel be a melting pot of the two people and anyone else who wanted to move it. Or they could seperate the land in two and each have their own section. The militants on both sides were too greedy to let the first be a viable option. Now those same militant members of both sides are bent on systematically slaughtering the other and taking all the land for themselves. The jewish settlers were exactly these kinds of people and the Muslim ones are well-known for their more desperate tactics. This makes victims of the people who really don't want anything to do with this conflict and yet get their homes stolen, their businesses destroyed and their children killed by arab suicide bombers or jewish snipers. Neither side is completely right and if they'd stop basing their whole lives off an ancient manuscript, they could probably get along just fine. Trying to argue who is right based on ancient text is just contributing to the problem that already exists. Try solving it through other means.
15. Religion IS the problem...
Jereme ,   Calgary, Alberta   (08.18.05)
Andrew you have got it all so right. Its like having children fighting over the same toy. Whats needed is someone to address it like an adult like school yard bullies.
16. Give America BACK!
hpinxs ,   usa   (08.18.05)
To Andrew and Jereme. You guys need to learn some history before you spout off. The fact is the "holy books" will NEVER be forgotten. That is a fact. It is REALITY. Your FANTASY of just tossing them out is blind humanism. Communisum even tried to force that, and it didn't work. Deal with it. Now if you would know history you would know that Jews have ALWAYS lived in Israel. Sometimes less sometimes more. Look it up. Just because they have been repressed for 2000 years doesn't mean it was right. Don't toss out the facts when they don't agree with your opinion -- CHANGE YOUR OPINION. Talk about land robbers- the US took all the land and even when we bought it we bought it from people that didn't own it. The Russians never really owned Alaska. Spain never really owned Puerto Rico. Your arguments would mean that the US should just give it all back. Return the land to Mexico, Russia, France, England, and Spain. Do you agree with that? Or maybe should we give it back to the Native Americans?

Fors clavigera ,   centre.Israel   (08.18.05)
After the First world War after the collapse of the Turkish Empire, and the setting up of inumerable Arab states (mandated to countries pledged to give them independence) it was decided by the League of Nations that the Jews had the firmest claim to "Palestine". On historical not religious reasons. After Britain accepted the mandate she illegally detached Transjordan from west Palestine. The area of transjordan was 78% of all Palestine. also when Egypt occupied Gaza strip and Jordan occupied the "west bank' ,why was a Palestine state not set up?
