It is very sad to hear most news commentators say "it was expected of them" or "it is Israel's fault for not destroying the synagogues in the first place". Burning down any mosque, let alone the Al-Aksa is one of the most idiotic things a Jew can say. So because the Palestinians (who never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity) are burning down deserted synagogues, we're supposed to desecrate Muslim holy places in Jerusalem ? These are architectural monuments that help make Jerusalem the unique, diverse and wonderful place it is. OK, so a few Palestinians lit a bonfire in a synagouge. The Romans and Greeks also destroyed the (never having existed) Jewish Temples in Jerusalem. If it was such a big deal, then why didn't the Jews destroy the Temples when the Romans and Greeks were approaching?
