1. Comedy

I have to say this is quite entertaining. The Arabs are obviously having a very difficult time getting their hands on the the Jews. They have no other choice but to attempt to satisfy their unquenchable bloodthirst by doing what they've been doing to the Jews all these years. Does anyone watching this and still think that Arab atrocities against the Jews had anything to do with the Arabs trying to establish an independent state called "Palestine"? If you do, you are completely out of touch with reality. To the Arabs, I will say, congratulations and keep up the good work. Just do whatever feels right. That way, we'll all be entertained!
2. Abbas a leader?
MED ,   USA   (10.05.05)
Abbas wants the US to intervene with the Israeli withdrawals, and now he wants Egypt to intervene and request Hamas to refrain from violence. What type of a sissy leader is Abbas? Why can't he deal with the 'Palestinian' factions himself?
3. Good! Let them kill each other
Gil ,   Tel Aviv   (10.05.05)
4. Arafat too "fight" Hamas,so what ?
Eddie Shor ,   Ariel Israel   (10.05.05)
If and just if Abu - Mazen will smart enough - he will lead real and uncompromised struggle against two legs animals from Hamas, otherwise he will immediately became Arafat #2 !
5. faith!
Falesteeeni   (10.05.05)
the fact of the matter is the Palestinian people have no faith in the integrity and fairness of the so called PA forces!
6. Palestinian Unity ? What a Joke !!!
Hiram ,   Tel Aviv   (10.05.05)
We all know that there is no Palestinian unity. In the same fashion , there is no Arab Unity. Both are historically connected. Facing former regimes in which feudal notion is not extinct, it is rather normal to have all kind of different factions fighting one another in the quest for Power ( because this is NOTHING ELSE than a quest for personal power and perks generously supplied by EU, as in the past ...they have seen Arafat and his "wife" getting rich, they want to do the same ....,Of course it is true !). This is exactly what was taking place not long ago in S.E Asia, in South America, or Ethiopia: the " war lord" approach which generally does not produce any positive results. The Hamas and IJ folks have the same attitude and this is the aspect which also deter other nations from wanting to be involved: Terrorist organisation are characterized by abusive utilisation of weapon as a " raison d 'etre". Hamas has not yet understood that no one will support them and that they will be held responsible for any further degradation of the Gaza situation.I could think it is sheer stupidity, but I will say after all that it is simply a mix of political immaturity combined with religion fanaticism and hatred for " the other " ...A good cocktail for becoming a " martyr "!!! It is extremely conforting, from a political standpoint to see the situation like it is....Israelis have pulled out of Gaza already for a few weeks, and the situation in Gaza is even worse than Gaza was " engaged". How can any one believe now that there will be any kind of peace WITHIN Palestine if there was such as state today . PEACE can ONLY come when terror groups are totally eradicated and the only weapon used are votes by the population in a real democratic ( not theocratic ) system.

Abbas, the elected Palestinian leader, is asking Egypt for help. Very funny. What is he good for other than rhetoric?
8. Answer to # 5
Hiram ,   tel aviv   (10.05.05)
No faith in PA forces ? I have seen you guys on TV for YEARS hailing at Arafat, telling the world that he was the best person to run Palestine, countless times you have waived Palestinian flags for him ...and NOW you are telling us that the regime he has put in place is no Good ? And that you prefer a bunch of terrorist hoodlums who dont even care for the Palestinian people ( if they did they would put the guns away) .. The problem is not there..the problem in Palestine like in countless other "islamic " states is simply that everyone runs after its own welath and power. Should the guns be put away for good, tell me what the Hamas would be able to produce , besides so called " martyrs"? What have they produced in the last 5 years , anywhere, besides terror, killings, and ideological religious propaganda ? Gaza will be quiet when arabs will turn to democracy. Untill then : no hope....as demonstrated on a daily basis .

10. attack dogs
Dahvid ,   USA   (10.05.05)
Throw savage animals in a pit and they will fight. According to my recent research, the culprit is Saudi Arabia, which floods western educational institutions, media, and politicians with obscene amounts of oil money. The pals are just pawns, being kept like savages and trained to kill like attack dogs. Commenting here helps some, but a more effective means might be to petition schools and politicians to divest from Saudi money.
