first, there are no Palestinians. It is a fiction. There are Arabs, just like Arabs from Yemen to the Barbary coast. second. It is not the Palestinian State west of the Jordan which is inimical to peace, but the Arabs themselves. As long as they have a foothold in the Holy Land, they shall continue to try and oust the Jews. Jews who disregard this basic truth are actually helping the enemy.
