Bunnie Meyer ,   Santa Monica, CA   (10.12.05)
good president. Israel should invite Bush to live with the "palestinians" for a week and see for himself why there can be no real peace.
2. Get red of them
Milo ,   LA   (10.12.05)
I think that the americans should get red of the vacious men in the PA and deal directly with a local honest men from the palestinian civil society. fatah and plo are responsible for the escalation of the conflict. this bcz they only need $Dollars, and they are ready to push OTHERS to death in order to get the WORLD AID in BILLIONS Damn ABBAS & his vacious GANG...
3. Israel falls into the trap
Marcel ,   Florida   (10.12.05)
""Bush to demand action against armed factions""" This has been the same phony demand since 1993 ,12 years of the U.S. not really being SERIOUS about Palestinian Islamic terrorism while continuing to send billions to the Palestinain Terrorist Authority has not awaken sleeping Israel ? 12 years of the same request without teeth or reprecussions ,still appeasing and babying the terrorists at Israel's expense/ Israel seems to be ripe for the plucking ?
4. US approval rate of Bush = 35%

when Bush was elected I felt like many others that he would be a terrible President. It is now clear that historically he will go down as one of America's great presidents. Female professors in Afghanistan that had to hide in darkened rooms can now teach and the list could go on and on. All over the world repressed people are calling out for democracy because of Bush. Why is he unpopular ? Like Sharon he's doing what he believes is correct and not what is easy. Israel is now reaping the rewards of Sharon’s withdrawal policy - world recognition - booming tourism etc. I feel sad for the Iraqis but the Americans are not causing the deaths - the fanatics are - I almost said 'diehards' but they die willingly being the pawns of the religious power seekers. These suicide bombers are at last being criticized by responsible Muslim leaders from all over the world. What they are doing is in the name of ‘power’ and has nothing to do with God and hopefully the world will see an end to brother blowing up his brother and his brother’s children. Shame on them !
5. If the Israeli Gov't Doesn't Stand Up To Bush....
Adina Kutnicki ,   NJ, US   (10.12.05)
If Bush really did say that he doesn't want a new PA (terror) state to be like swiss cheese, my only answer to him is to go to hell. As a Republican I have NO problem stating that. The Israeli gov't must tell him the same thing. If the new terror state is contiguous, then Israel is doomed. Therefore, what do they have to lose by standing up to Bush, other than possibly saving their country??
6. #5 you should consider going to hell instead
john   (10.12.05)

8. ISRAEL DON'T TOLERATE THE JEW-HATE ANY LONGER
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (10.15.05)
JEWS MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE ANYWHERE THEY WANT TO JUST LIKE OTHER PEOPLE. Israel, don't submit to the Jew-hate.
