Make sure that anyone caught with drugs face the harshest punishment possible. Also, make sure that the crime is clear on their record. People who are weak enough to use drugs are what we call a 'red light,' they are usually rejects, have psychological problems, and even mental disablities, they also have a higher propensity to engage in violence. A clear and bold mark should be placed on their public records, so that employers, universities, loan and leasing companies, and countries KNOW what type of person they are associating with. This is a crime that should be met with eternal consequences.
