Cabinet decides against Rajar withdrawal     Ronny Sofer
1. slowdown in retreat and surrender ?
Did the NCS awaken to the dangers of Israel's continous retreats ? How could Shin Bet be so wrong ,and Sharon and so many in Israel ? Like a new found religion, they think retreat is their holy duty for a nebelous peace. What they do not understand is this shows weakness to a committed enemy and feeds their jihad spirit. Instead of killing this spirit the appeasers on the left encourage them with EVERYTHING they say and do. Israel better stand for something soon instead of capitulating on everything while the Palestinians do nothing but show their barbaric bent and are rewarded by the nations for this. The deck is stacked against Israel and Israel has to stop playing their game.

2. ?
I read about this the other day. Can an Israeli out there tell me where this village is, how did Israel come into possession of it. Are they Jews, Arabs, Druze. Basically whats the deal here.

3. In response
The village of Rajar was a Syrian enclave until the 1982 Lebanon war, then the people (Alawi Shias) fled to the new Israeli occupied side and settled in Lebanese territory, the withdraw left half of the village stuck in the Lebanese side and the other half on the Israeli side, even though the people have Israeli citizenship, basicly we want to transfer the Israeli half to Lebanon, to which the arabs suddenly dont want to go ;)
