Hilltop youth leader cleared of assault    Raanan Ben-Zur
1. I was assaulted
Judge: "Tell the court what happened Sheik Abu-Haniya". "Adon Abu-Shada I understand that the disgusting "leader of hill toppers" assaulted you as well". Yes, Yes! By unwashed socks of the prophet, and the cool 'n nifty sunglasses of his son-in-law Shmulig; Ran ran to us and beat us and then murdered us both. Killed! Finished, Fartig." Court: "But you are here and alive." Abu-Shada: "We got better". OY: Joel Ariel. He has two Jewish names. He must be an Arab or maybe, (Gasp) a conservative, who must not be looked at directly, lest you be turned to peanut butter.

2. political prosecution
As this is a news piece, not an analysis or opinion piece, I'll supply the obvious conclusion: This whole thing was one big politically motivated prosecution. Too bad the prosecution couldn't have enlisted Barak and the Supreme Court. THEY don't seem to worry about such things as false testimony or who owns the land in question.

3. This was a fair decision.
Just because this man confessed to beating these Palistinians doesn't mean he should be convicted of a crime. Afterall, if beating Palestinians was a crime, you'd have to lock up half the IDF.

4. This great man should be the next Prime Minister of Israel.
Arab terrorists need a good ass-kicking!

5. Even in Israel sometimes the truth will win
Just remember this "police set-up" next time you hear about cut olive trees or rioting in Hebron. The police, prosecutor's office and the political oligarchy does not respect the law nor the truth. Fortunately sometimes their arrogance outstrips their ability to "create new truths".
