2. Jimmy Carter
Jimmy Carter was the worst American president since James Buchanan. In fact he is a fantastic contrary indicator. Whatever he says will happen bet the opposite way.

3. So next time the right accuses the left.....
Carter:
The former president said that later on Monday he plans to meet with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, whom he said he believes to be "a person of integrity."
Bush:
Abbas a man of peace.
I remind them both, Abbas has done nothing to further peace. There is not one piece of credible evidence to prove otherwise. Furthermore, Abbas has openly said he would not stop Hamas, he would welcome them in his government and this means he has no interest in stopping terror. For that is obvious. Beyond obvious.
Carter the liar, Bush the liar. Soon we can call George Bush aka George Rice, 'George Carter Rice. '
Carter/Bush
In his speech, Carter said he supports President George W. Bush's Road Map peace initiative, as well as the principles of the Geneva Accord, which advocate recognition of Israel by the Arab states, an independent Palestinian state with territorial continuity, a "harmonious" division of Jerusalem and a resettlement of the Palestinians within their borders.
For the words of George Rice and Condi Bush concerning the above the transcripts of both are etched in stone. Go find them and read for yourselves.
Read it!!!
Carter:
"There is no doubt," he added, "that much of the anti-American sentiment in the Middle East is caused by failure to find a solution to the Palestinian problem."
Bush:
There will be no peace in the ME until the Palestinians have statehood."
Matter of fact he said it standing next to the little kind of Jordan and the hair dye king/ruler of Egypt. He said it in speeches countless times.
Bottom line here: Both blame (WHICH IS A LIE) the woes of the ME on Israel.
MIRROR IMAGES MY FRIENDS.
Watch the way you throw your stones. THEY WILL BOUNCE BACK INDEED.

6. Carter says:
" Palestinian elections can help transform Hamas to non-violent group"
Despicable as Carter is, he at least had the balls to say what was on his mind. (wrong as it was)
Compared to the double speak of our other world leaders.
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3204911,00.html #4
In the end, none of them care less that Hamas is modern day Nazism.
To the world, the past bloodstained hands of a present and or about to be Palestinian leader in regard to Israel/Jews means NOTHING.
P.S
Hamas may be Designated Terror group by the US, but tell me how Fatha, Abbas, Arafat and the rest of their splinter leaders and terror groups never made it on the radar? Why? Because at any cost to Israel, the Palestinians must have their state.
Sick but true.

Another failed leader bringing disaster
to Israel.
Is it possible that Israel has citizens crazy enough to fall for this crap ?
If they fell for the lie of Oslo and the biggest lie of the Road Map they seem to fall for every lie wrapped in a false peace wrapper.
Israel is the number one destination for these globalist hucksters whose goal is erasing Israel.

9. Carter
If Israel puts their hopes on what Carter says then Israel will be destroyed. Carter is probably one of the worst Arabists in the country. May I remind you that he was a personal advisor to Arafat. I also invite you to look at any vidoes you can find of the Israel. Egypt conference , you will notice that Carter was buddy buddy with Sadat and only scowled and disdained Begin. I was appalled. He constantly had his arm around Sadat and barely looked at Begin. It was obvious where his favors were. Carter advised Arafat constant.y, often writing his English speeches in order to influence the American/world opinion. I agree with previous talk backers that he is probably the worst American president ever. That he puts a few nails in houses in project Humanity does make him a god man. He often loves to stick nails into Israel. Don't trust him.

11. A review of the peanut farmer's credentials
Jimmy Carter greatest claim to fame was his brother Billy, with his famous beer. Now for a review of Jimmys credentials, and why he was just a 0ne term president who lost reelection in one of the greatest defeats ever in aUS election for a sitting President:
1. The Iran hostage debacle
2. He rushed US Special Forces into the Iranoian desert in a botched rscue attempt only to watch them destroyed
3.When 3-mile Island was melting in a nuclear accident, he tried to convince us all how safe it was by walking unprotected through the remnants.
4.He has had an unrelenting support for Muslim terrorism for the last 15 years, including his support for Saddam Hussein and Libya's Qadaffi.
5. He is a sick old man that needs to be put out to pasture

13. Deja Vu
We have been down this route before. Legitimizing a terrororganization is doomed to fail. Hamas will play the same double game as Arafat did. They will implement some social reforms which the EU will take as a positive sign. But at the same time they will let the terror continue, with the same gruesome goal as they have today, the destruction of Israel.
Just read their election ad:
"We have a new plan; to teach men the land of Palestine; the geography of Palestine; the history of Palestine; and the history of the Arab and Muslim Nation. Our plan has nothing to do with the Israeli enemy. We do not recognize the Israeli enemy, nor his right to be our neighbor, nor to stay on the land, nor his ownership of any inch of land. Therefore, we do not see Israel as an ally, not in policy, not in security, not in economy and not in any form of cooperation. Israel is an enemy who is interested in uprooting us, and we are interested in restoring our full rights to return all the people of Palestine to the land of Palestine. Our principles are clear: Palestine is a land of Waqf, which can not be given up."

14. The Real Jimmy Carter
Just some of the reasons Jimbo was one of the most reviled Prsident in US history. His incompetence led to a nuclear Iran; terrorism with his taking of money from Hamas and other terror groups; a need to take out Saddam with his open support of Arab dictatorships and despots. Jimbo has a long well-known streak of anti-Semitism

15. Show some respect for President Carter
Nice to act like this man knows nothing about the Arab-Israeli dispute and cannot build bridges between Jews and Arabs....what BS! Jimmy Carter made a huge contribution to Middle East Peace, is not an "arabist," and should be welcomed into the Israeli-Palestinian fold. He may be a dreamer, but he is a dreamer who produced great results in his day. And his faith in and service to God is real, not like some fake fundamentalist Christians, violent radical Moslems or lunatic, pulsa-denora giving Jews I could mention.

16. #14. Quite correct! How do you explain Bush however?
did you read Tal #3 and 5?
Remember, this is the here and now. And the now is pretty bad.
As a Republican and a Jew I refuse to overlook the retched record of this sitting president in regard to Israel not to mention his overt pandering to the Arab world at the cost of Israel.
History will most certainly write poorly Carter but sorry to say also of Bush.

19. CARTER NAIVE
Carter's biggest failure as US President was in foreign policy. He's a very nice man -- too nice really -- but he seems to be too optimistic about people.
Nobody should forget that after his failed Putsch in 1923, Adolf Hitler chose politics over armed rebellion and transformed his Nazis into a potent political force that gained power by democratic means. But underneath, he was not changed in the slightest, and we know the result.
In the case of Hamas, however, the worry is not so great because they simply don't have the opportunities to exercise power, their population being too small: they might unleash war, but they'll lose it.

23. To Andy # 15
Jimbo is not a "dreamer." He is a creator of nightmares. His intent is not for a free Jewish State but its destruction. Read the backgrounds of the 1979 talks by those who were there and the truth will come out. For the past 10 years, Jimbo has been on the Arab payroll taking over $10 million dollars from the Saudis (remember 9/11?), Qadaffi, and other Arab terror States. And this is what dreams are made of? Only if "Jeepers Creepers" is your idea of a dream.

26. so sad. The real danger here.
Only two people on this forum dared to discuss the gross similarities between Carter and Bush.
As long as our good republican friends keep their eyes closed, Hamas is not the first danger.
SILENCE KILLS too. Especially blind silence. The kind which is self impossed! Please do not forget to remember this.
Israel needs friends who are not ashamed or too partisan to open their mouths and speak out against the lies NOW, TODAY.
Bush said, Abbas is a man of peace. He is not. His record speaks for this no matter how Bush tries to elevate him. However the lies of Bush covering for the Palestinians are what holds.
Bush axed the embassy act 3 times to the joy of Prince Saud of Saudi Arabia.
Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, praised the decision of US President George W. Bush to once again delay the implementation of the decision of the US government to move its embassy to Jerusalem.
"The embassy's movement is a recognition of Israeli fait accompli which is not wanted by anyone. Consequently, returning the U.S. policy to the previous position is welcomed," Al-Faisal to the Saudi news agency.

Bush has not once stated Jerusalem is the UNDIVIDED capital of Israel.
Everyone here is going bonkers over what Carter has stated when in fact Bush and his pal Rice mirror the exact same words. Settlements, Contiguous Palestinian state, Jerusalem and through words, puts the blame for the unrest in the Middle East, squarely on Israel.
This is what we need to be concerned about.
Deflecting blame on a has-been President while ignoring the identical words of the now current President puts Israel in deep jeopardy.
