There's another solution, and people who think as you never seem to think of it. The Palestinians can have a one state solution with Jordan, but not with Israel. That is, the areas they inhabit will become Jordan, they'll be governed by the Jordanian government, or in confederation with it, and there will not be another Arab state here. If you're pro-peace as you say, you have to recognize that with our two extremely different national narratives, we can not be governed under the same government without turning us both into Europeans who obviously care not a wit about national narratives. And that is not going to happen.

I understand history is in the past and we can't dwell on it. I was not doing this. I was responding to someone who said that giving land to Israel in 1948 was a mistake. I was explaining why it wasn't a mistake. These people were saying that the Jews should pack up their belongings and move to other parts of the world. By the way. The history of the American Indian is over 200 years old. The history of modern-day Israel is still in the lifetime of our grandparents (mine anyway), and is still current!!! It is not irrelevant. On another note, Israel was attacked by it's surrounding arab neighbours in 1967, so the fact that she is willing to cede this land, which was Jordan's and Egypt's, is also a bonus. So the land she is 'occupying' did not belong to the Palestinians, because there were none to begin with.

I don't know what rock you crawled out from under, but two things are glaringly obvious: you don't know history, Jewish or otherwise, and you only listen to anti-semitic propaganda. The Arabs and the Nazis worked together. Nazis supplied the Arabs in "palestine" with weapons to murder Jews with. The Mufti hated us as much as Hitler- and now they're both burning in hell for all the hell they created in Europe and Israel. G-d promised the Land to the Jewish people millenia ago. Judaism has existed since then. Meanwhile, islam has been around for what, 1500 years or so? The "palestinian" people occupied Israel after the last great diaspora from Israel, and that is now ending. More and more are making aliyah and returning to the land of G-d's covenant. I have nothing against the Arab people, only those who follow Islam and other false religions, because they seek to destroy G-d's chosen people, which, thankfully, will never happen.
