So far as I can tell from my readings and studies, Judaism and Islam worship the same god, but Christians do not. Christians worship a very different god. Just consider: For traditional Christians, G-D is the Holy Trinity, and Jesus Christ is G-d of G-d, Very G-d of Very G-d, to quote one ancient Christian creed. Norwegians are Norwegians, but no, it is not the same people who called for a boycott of Israel who also published the pictures. The boycott was called upon by the left-wing socialist party, a very small party (ca. 6% at last election). They are however a part of the coalition who forms the government. The guy who published the pictures is the editor of a very small right-wing and pro-Israeli christian magazine. I guess this magazine (www.magazinet.no) has around 1000 readers. I had not heared about it before this situation started. Since I dubt any muslims read this magazine, I have no idea how anyone even found out about this publishing.
