It's unacceptable to hear this from a University teacher. They are supposed to be open-minded and also develop relations abroad with other professors. I was previously shocked to hear about boycott from US publishers (as Journal of the American Society) who refuse publishing articles from Iranian universities. Now, I have to admit they were right by doing so.
