The "Transfer" option wold immediately lead to complete European and possibly American Sanctions on Israel. Without export markets or crucial imports Israel would cease to be a 1st world country as it would suffer a massive recession. For the person who suggested it: First of all it is a silly suggestion. Israel is not a theocracy. Are we also going to kill Jews who break Shabbat, apostacise or masturbate? If not, why apply such standards to others. Anyway, the Muslims or Christians all fulfil the Noachide requirements. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not worship false gods. Do not be sexually immoral. Do not eat a limb removed from a live animal. Do not curse God. Set up courts and bring offenders to justice. On the last point the Arabs are subject to the laws of Israel and Israeli Shariah courts for family matters. The Noachide laws do not cover Arabs resenting their positions and expressing it, rightly or wrongly.
