But what do Israelis really expect from the Palestinians who they didn't stop hounding day in and day out? This is what happens with reluctance of taking peace seriously and the isolation of the Palestinian Authority and Government! Sure, Israel is succeeding in preventing many of the planned suicide attacks on its citizens but can it stand the heat of those attacks that slips by? This cycle of violence and counter violence between the two peoples cannot and won't stop by bombs or walls, it can only be stopped by common respect and agreements which should allow a phase of reconciliation which will lead in the long run to a truthful and meaningful peace that do not give Israelis or Palestinians everything they demand but an acceptable by both side solution! Let me tell you what happened this morning at the Jewish Community Center ladies locker room. One of the women asked if I had heard the news about the latest bombing. When I replied I had and how terrible, another woman, I assume a non Jewish but I am not sure started "screaming" What about the terrible bombing by the Israel army and the death of the two Palestinian children. Noone spoke after that. I remarked that had they not been in the line of fire they would not have been killed. and I noted that this woman was perfectly willing to enjoy the hospitality of the Jewish Community Center and bring with her the hatred of an antisemite. Another woman said she was not Jewish but she understood. She thanked me for our hospitality and wished me a happy Passover. This bombing was done by the El Fata. So now the Hamas government can claim they are innocent. It is as I foretold----now they can reverse rolls and still play good Palestinian/bad Palestinian. Is there a way we can write privately?
