Palestinian terror groups and leaders have no honor and are absolute racists. Hamas' charter calls for killing Jews. They will do anything to finish what the German Nazis started and will fail miserably just like every other invader attacking Israel in the past 3,500 years. Eventually they all fail and die out and Israel remains or is reborn.
