Those German and Dutch and African Jews you referred to are overwhelmingly descendants of exiled Jews from the First and Second Temple periods. They were not native Europeans or Africans who decided to convert to this religion and nationhood called Judaism. The proof? Jews in Middle Eastern lands (before they were largely Arabized) speaking a dialect of the local languages mixed with HEBREW, Jews in Europe speaking a dialect of German mixed with HEBREW. Jews of the Mediterranean speaking a dialect of Spanish mixed with HEBREW. Israelis mostly don't see Zionism as racism because most Arabs don't see their nationalism as racist. I think you take for granted that in every member state of the Arab League, Arabic is the first and formost official language, Ramadan a national holiday, laws forbid citizens from converting out of Islam, and Islam is supported by the state. And in Turkey, Turkish nationalism has forced Kurds and Armenians to hide their heritage under this blanket and identify first as Turks. Israel has continued to let its Arab citizens speak Arabic, celebrate their own holidays and the govt even funds mosques and churches (you can debate if they fund enough $$$) but they fund it. Israel gives Druze and Bedouin soldiers leaves for their holidays and swears them in on their holy books. Zionism in Israel just asserts the will of the majority and their culture, holidays, traditions and such as the national ones. If the Arab countries and peoples would show maps identifying Israel as a country, established diplomatic relations with Israel, allow athletes of Israeli nationality to participate events in their country, refrain from attacking Israeli civilians in their civilian areas, acknowledge historical and religious Jewish claims to Israel as at least equally valid with those of Muslims, condemn rampant dehumanization of Jews and Israelis in their media and TV programs and end the economic boycott of Israel (which strangled Israel for trade much in the same way people now condemn Israel for not trading with independent Gaza), then I'd definitely be in favor of dialogue and consider multilaterla concessions.
