Tell me someone, what is the difference between the Haredi who wear ridiculous outfits worn by 16th Century polish merchants, not related to the Jewish religion at all. Or the never ending jeans and tshirt regime worn by everyone these days. We are all wearing uniform or havent you looked lately. Go look in any store and ask yourself how many colours are u able to choose ?
So talking about Iran and creating a uniform for them is nonsense, they are just replacing one for the other.

43. Don't Hate; Isolate
Everyone has their opinions but the only ones that matter are the Iranians that live in Iran. If it is not something that the Iranian public want, it's not something the Iranian Gov't can enforce. Thats what democracy is, i do believe. I implore any of you to live there for a few years and then decide if you would enjoy a country where modesty is appreciated/respected. This "uniform" thing is just a way to identify the peoples of Iran into something more independently Iranian.
