are all defensive measures and throughout history have brought about the downfall of that which they were intended to defend. The whole concept is wrong, you do not defend your country by barricading yourself up, you get into enemy territory and attack,destroy and annihilate if neccessary. In war there is no substitue for victory. We are at war.
