The Iranians don't care at all about Palestinian or Israeli Arabs. If they cared at all about Arabs, then: 1. They would not want to nuke Israel, where 20% of the population is Arab. 2. They would first and foremost support the founding of a Palestinian state, and let the Palestinians decide for themselves what their foreign policy toward Israel should be.
