Anyone can grow it. It is generally a lot stronger than the sort of low-quality dirt-weed that's smoked in many places and that originates in dry climates like the Middle East and Mexico. But it's probably no more potent or hallucinogenic than the hash that's common in Israel and Europe.

As much as I would love to get bent out of shape about the injustices this report's blaring inaccuracies are doing to the peaceful stoners of the world the larger picture has nothing to do with the habitual or recreational smokers of Israel.
