Moslems are not the only ones who blame natural disasters on the wrath of God. This is becoming an increasingly common trend in Protestant Christianity, and has been the rule rather than the exception for the vast majority of Christian history. When it comes down to religious dogmas, Moslems and Christians are not that different.

As you put it Alex, I must conclude from religious dogma that the Protestant God and the Muslim God (whether the same or different Beings) want the Indonesians to suffer. So I ask you, Alex, do you blame God in this context or do you credit Him?
