Violent protesters are fully aware the sole reason for the anti-suicide bomber fence is to prevent suicide bombings and terror attacks. Forcing Jews to wear a yellow star was begun by racist, religious supremacist Arab Muslims and was copied by the Nazis. Around 1948, one million Jews were violently ethnically cleansed from Arab countries. Arab governments seized the land, homes, businesses and bank accounts of the Jews. Most Jewish refugees fled to Israel where they and their descendants make up fifty percent of the Jewish population. It is utterly unacceptable to Muslims that Jews have self-rule in the tiny, re-born Jewish state of Israel. Opininion polls reveal a huge majority of PA Muslims approve of suicide bombings. Thousands of PA Muslims dance in the streets when suicide bombings are perpetrated. Human bomb killer attacks have made grocery shopping, riding a bus, eating in a restaurant, going to the mall, etc, highly dangerous for Israelis.

THE ANTI-TERRORIST FENCE The anti-terrorist Israel is building does NOT encircle the West Bank, like some people pretend. It just runs along the Israeli border. The West Bank has another border with Jordan. Palestinian terrorism has forced Israel to build that protective fence. The international organisation Doctors of the World has qualified the attacks by Palestinian terror organizations against Israelis as "crimes against humanity". The report also concludes that "the Palestinian Authority cannot deny any responsability, at least because of it's ambiguous attitude towards those groups until now." The security fence is a passive means to stop Palestinian terrorists from reaching Israeli civilians. The fence does not constitute a border and it's route is not final. A section of the fence is made up of a cement wall. But that section is only 7 km long, on a tolal of 170 km ! And it is built on Israeli territory ! It was erected in an area where Palestinian snipers from Kalkilya and Tul Karem fire on cars passing on the Trans-Israel highway. This type of wall exists on European highways as a sound barrier. The remaining 163 km of the security fence are made up of an electronic barrier, much like the one already in place around the Gaza Strip, and along the borders with Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. These fences never stopped the signing of peace accords between Israel and it's neighbours. Moreover, they can be moved easily and their route has been changed following those accords. The fence is not an annexation of Palestinian territory. On the 170-km already built, only 1,6 % of the disputed territories have been affected. If Israel wanted to annex territories, it would be ridiculous to take such a small area. Israel has created a compensation fund equivalent to 75-million dollars (Canadian). This sum is renewable every 5 years. But the majority of eligible Palestinians do not claim their compensation because of orders issued by the Palestinian Authority forbidding them to do so ! Israel did not want to build a fence, and resisted doing so for more than 35 years. It is building now because Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the other Palestinian terrorists have left Israel no choice. It is these groups who are to blame for the fence. Partition Resolution of 1947 is a "recommendation" and not obligatory. "Up until 1948, Judea, Samaria and Gaza were a part of the British Mandate. In the 1948 War of Independence, Egypt illegally grabbed the Gaza Strip, and Jordan took Judea and Samaria, the 'West Bank.' Egypt did not claim sovereignty in Gaza, but Jordan deigned, in 1950, to annex Judea and Samaria. This annexation was not recognized by international law. The Arab nations objected to it, In 1967, after the Six Day War, these territories - which were originally meant for the Jewish Nation's National Home according to the Mandate Charter - returned to Israeli control." in 1988, King Hussein of Jordan rescinded its legal and administrative ties to Judea and Samaria. "According to international law," "Israel has full right to try to populate the entire Land of Israel with dense Jewish settlement, and thus actualize the principles set by the League of Nations in the original Mandate Charter of San Remo in 1920. At that time, the mandate to the Land of Israel was granted to the British, and the introduction to the mandate charter states clearly that it is based on the international recognition of the historic ties between the Jewish People and the Land of Israel. Clause II of that mandate charges Britain with 'ensuring the existence of political, administrative, and economic conditions that will guarantee the establishment of the Jewish national home in the Land of Israel.'" "Even the White Paper of 1922," emphasized the Jewish Nation's rights to the national home in the Land of Israel - while at the same time tearing away almost 80% of the mandate's area on the eastern side of the Jordan and giving it to Emir Abdullah." The fact that the Arab states did not accept the Partition Plan, voids the recommendation of any legal basis. Resolutions 242 and 338, which call for negotiations and a "withdrawal from territories" (not "withdrawal from THE territories") captured in 1967, are similarly "recommendations." These resolutions were drawn up under the UN Charter's Clause VI, which deals with non-mandatory recommendations - as opposed to Clause VII resolutions, "which are mandatory, and which deal with a threat to world peace, such as those taken against Iraq."
