1. We should all feel sorry for the Arab murderers
who think that they are above the law.

2. Arab MK's are a joke...
MK Mohammad Barakeh said “such arbitrary arrests are meant to serve the right-wing on the eve of the one year anniversary to Zada's massacre. The residents of Shfaram protected themselves when they realized that the killer meant to murder more people."
First of all, the incident happened 10 months ago....secondly, how can a handcuffed person continue to be a threat?
Yossi Beilin, incredibly, is right-on in his recent quote...
"In a lawful country, one can not accept such lynch done to a handcuffed man, even if his actions were despicable and unforgiven. This is a joint interest for Jews and Arabs to make sure that the state of Israel will not turn a blind eye to this type of behavior," said Beilin.

7. it was an "extra-judicial" killing mr barakeh
with your own words, mr barakeh, you say that the shfaram residents killed in order to "protect(ed) themselves when they realized that the killer meant to murder more people".
you criticize israel's extra-judicial killing of palestinian terrorists and now we see you defend the it when it suits you. so, it's ok for an arab to kill in that manner, but not jews.
what a pathetic hypocrite.

10. Arie's feeble lion
"trying to explain law and order to a pali"
Do you have any idea of just how ignorant your comment is? You, who set yourself up as so superior to your "Pali" compatriots - for after all, the people in Shfaram are Israeli citiizens - and for all the discriminatory education and municipal budgets in the Arab sector - they are 100% as human as you are - your comment is demeaning and shows up nothing but your own prejudice.
In 1930s Germany there were many people like you - they boycotted Jewish businesses and used the same sort of evil logic that you use.
Would you go on television in Israel spouting the same sort of ignorance? Methinks not - you wouldn't like 80% of the nation to think of you as a simplistic moron.

13. #10- the 5th columnites
Your alleged "Israeli arabs" are the ones screaming for the palis to tak over. I for one believe they should be given what they ask for - exchange the arab triangle for the Jewish settlements. A win win solution...except that when you tell the alleged "Israeli arabs" that they can have their wish, they start to scream again.
As for my comment on the palis or the 5th columnites understanding law and order, the news and actions have proven me correct. I defy you to show me an example otherwise!

14. Lynch of a Jew
No matter what transpired in Shfar'am, this case should have been prosecuted many months ago. Israel is a democratic nation, not a barbaric, rogue Arab regime, and the rule of the law must prevail. Where is it heard of that a member of a nation's minority, a Jew, was lynched by blood-thirty Arab savages who were encouraged by the likes of MK Barakei and his body was not retrieved until four hours later. In some other nation, a town like Shfar'am would be burning in no time for this heinous deed.

15. Correct
I meant to say a member of the nation's Jewish majority in my previous message.
