Daniel, how are we as Israelis occupying Gaza? There is no army presence in Gaza and the reason that we fire sheels into Gaza is because terrorists fire rockets into Israeli cities every day. What is your response to that? I'm not saying in this case that the IDF doesn't make mistakes and kill Palestinian bystanders but #1 I am more inclined to believe an army investigation than one done by a former "expert" whose salary is now paid for by a very biased anti-Israel NGO. I have read UK newspapers last Thursday, or Wednesday. They said that there is an American expert who came to Gaza after the incident. This expert is convinced that there is 'little doubt' that the massacre was because of an IDF shelling. He examined the injuries, the hole, the sharpnels and he realised it was a shelling. He also found a shell remains with a '155mm' mark. For those who do not know, 155mm artillery is American and only three armies in the world have it. US, Israel, and Lebanon. If we exclude Lebanese, and US armies for reasons we all know, then there is IDF only left. I suggest that the secretary of defence and the chief of staff admit the mistake, apologise and offer compensation. It is better for the IDF image. IDF image in UK newspapers is getting worse especially after 11 were killed in a chase in Gaza streets, which was published last week as well.
