how can lawyers, whose every second word is a lie be a suitable profession for an ultra orthodox. It is only the temptation of a lawyer's fees that has attracted these orthodox graduates. How can you have an orthodox judge deciding law when the law is different to that of the Torah's. I don't buy this as much as I would love to. I too wanted to be a lawyer but realized that I would be selling my soul to the devil.

What is written in the top posts is pure prejudice but no doubt the posters consider themselves very tolerant and broadminded. Dorothy, go back to Kansas, And the Rock in the middle of the ocean is probably the best place for the second poster.

One of the reasons I didn't become a lawyer is that I wouldn't want to defend murderes, esp. one who murdered for "a cause." And, as the saying goes, "We're not in Kansas anymore!" Red States? Yuck!
