Theese hackers suck, they did not actually hack all those sites (including banks, etc...), they have just flooded or disabled the entire server farm and it's subnet. If you trace the hacked domains, you'll see that they are in the same subnet. Theese hackers are empty-headed kids, no serious cutting-edge hi-tech mega-brained aprroach is needed for this kind of thing, just a brute-force flooding of a subnet.
