As far as I am concerned the death penalty exist in Israel and it is carried almost every day. Other countries having the death penalty at least take the cases to court first giving people the right to defend themself.

man this is a big diffrence then what you have just said.what israel is dealing now is a situation of war.and how about america in iraq they are in a war situation and it happense in war that accidently civilian casulties.and what i think is that if the palestinians preform acts of terror then they should eat it.they only want to destroy israel.
