The Hague has a a history of obnoxious and innocuous rulings that they seem to think are necessary in order to justify their jobs and paychecks. It should be known as the International Court of Injustice. Let Hamas petition and at the same time threaten the court, maybe the court will wake up. But I doubt it!

Israel should make the issue go away by simply giving the Palestinians territory to live in. The conditions that Palestinians live in Gaza are horrendous. It saddens me that the next generation of Gaza Palestinians will grow up seeing such violence in their life. It is dispicable that their leaders choose violence over non-violent approaches to solving their disputes with Israel. And, the Israeli's are foolish to continue hammering them without offering a "carrot" to help lives of the Palestinians in Gaza. The suffering of the people there will be something living on every Israeli soul. Just like the US in Vietnam, where so many were killed and hurt, and for what? The more harm that is done to the Palestinians through bombing and otherwise only brings more harm back in the long run. Be righteous, Israel.
