I can assure you that Israelis and Jewish people do not hate Palestinians. They hate the actions of terrorists and the inflexibility of some Palestinians to compromise or to work for peace. It is the Palestinian terrorists who are creating a climate of fear at this time. My greatest hope is that Israelis and Palestinians can begin talks that will be productive. I am Jewish and also a great admirer of M. Abbas. He is a moderate and if the Palestinian people who listen to him, I think that a compromise (agreeable to all) could be found. The fact is that it is a crime to shoot an innocent 18 year old in the head and to kidnap Shalit. These terrorist acts should not be condoned by the Palestinian people. Terrorism (Hamas) is creating a climate of fear and hatred and must be replaced by mutual respect , tolerance, and good will.

I am proud that Canada abstained from voting, but disappointed they even joined this farce of a council, the majority of it's members are human rights abusers and arab countries. It's very comical in a way. I think western countries and there allies should form there own league of nations, and challenge the UN. The UN should be abolished, if they really want to solve a crisis, worry about Darfur, or Nigerian rapes, or North Korean missiles, or even Somalia, people shot for watching a soccer game, wow. It is only going to encourage attacks against Israel. If the UN cannot focus on stopping Islamic terrorism, the greatest threat to world peace ever, then the UN is completely and utterly disfunctional. All non-Islamic countries should leave the UN and form a group to fight back. I honestly thought that after 9-11, this ridiculousness would end, and the UN would help any country that suffered from Islamic terror originating from another country, would help the victim country fight back and defeat the country from where the terror originated. Instead all we got has been the "War of Diplomacy". With an occasional battle mixed in. Since 9-11: The UN pressured Russia to do nothing in Chechnya. Since then there have been horrendous Islamic terror attacks in Russia. The UN has pressured India away from war with Pakistan over Kashmir, and Islamic terror attacks have increased to the point where there are barely any Indians left in Kashmir. The UN has pressured Israel to restrain itself. Israel has since left Gaza and still suffers from Islamic terror attacks, daily rocket fire on it's cities, and kidnappings and murders of Israeli's. Any non-Muslims have been killed en-mass by Islamic terrorism in Islamic countries also, Bali, Morocco, Egypt. Yet other countries not only will not remove their Muslim populations, but continue to invite them in ! Hence terror has conti8nued to reach far past the neighbors of Islamic countries and into Madrid, London. Whenever the people even rise up enough to form groups to protest the Islamic terror, even those protesting groups are attacked by the police and groups of Islamic thugs, like in Australia. Whenever businesses refuse to contribute and hire the terrorists the Muslim populations riot, like in France. Whenever anyone fights back, even in a peaceful way, they are attacked not only by Muslims, but also by their own police who cannot protect them from the Muslims. Enough restraint against Islamic terror already ! Kick all Muslims out of non-Islamic countries. Take out all military infrastructure in all the Islamic countries. Cordon those countries off from the rest of the world and stay out of those countries. Don't occupy or recontruct those countries.
