If she was serious, she would either become noachide or convert. There is no third way. If she would declare herself noachide, she would be accepted with open arms by most rabanim. The Zohar and the kabbalistic movement that followed is nonsense. It draws on legitimate sources, such as ancient midrashim, aggadata, and the sefer yetzira, but its gist is highly divergent from the original meaning of those texts (just look at Saadia Goan's commentary on the Sefer Yetzira for one shocking example of such differences) and outright contradicts older, more authoritative sources in many places.
