1) You're "right" to the 1967 lands is a myth. The boundary between the two states, one Arab and one Jewish, was to be negotiated under ALL of the relevant UNSCR's. 2) Haniyeh's statement is that BEFORE negotiations begin, we need to withdraw and solve all sorts of problems that never would have occurred had the Arabs accepted the proposal, which Israel accepted, for a partition between the Arabs and Israelis in 1947. So, what exactly will the "negotiations" be about? If anybody can't see through this they must be idiots.
