I really don't fault navy for this sad event. Although, intelligence can be held responsible for not knowing their enemy fully. This war goes to show that without thorough planning, an impressive array of weapons can be of little use. I hope IDF learns its lessons and teaches hezbollah a lasting lesson next time.
