The LAST thing they need to do is to respond to a cease-fire now! The Lebanese government is maybe 2% closer to being serious about controlling Hizbullah now than they have ever been. It's sad that Hizbullah's bloody lies and threats gave them such a stronghold in Lebanon, but they did. The reason Hizbullah has not removed their rockets is because they would have started killing any Lebanese authorities who even tried! Their militant Islamic brainwashing simply does not bow to anything other than pure military force. Whether it's the Lebanese government or anyone else, negotiating with Hizbullah is useless because they respect nobody who does not believe as they do, and they're willing to lie over and over again to get what they want.
