4. Send in their mama's
Ragusa   (07.24.06)
to change the soldiers diapers, so they can get a little attention. They are soldiers for a reason, not participants in a reality show with a 15 minutes of fame guarenteed. Proud army indeed ;-)
5. Please don't feel that way - it's so not true!!!
Talula ,   Israel   (07.24.06)
It is so not true!!!!!!! We love ALL our soldiers, in the South and the North. We worry about you 24 hours a day , seven days a week - ALL OF YOU!! The boys in Gaza have had to endure this battle longer than the past few weeks. You are all doing a kick-ass job and your country is right behind you and very proud of you - ALL THE WAY. Please don't feel that way. Aunt Talula loves you.
6. Never forgotten!
Jesus ,   SF, USA   (07.24.06)
Guyz at Ynet...let your boys know that they have not been forgotten! Let them know that the whole world is still supporting them. We know it's intense down there in the South. People of Israel, get your groups together and start sending them some care packages! If there is an organization over there that can do this...please...let us know! WE are ready to support you now as we have been since the begining. Adopt a soldier program, care packages...anything! We can't send food, but we can send you our love! For the rest of you Israelis...I know it's tough, but communities help each other...the South as well as the North. Help your boys out!
7. Chin up boys. I bought a pizza online for the IDF.
(07.24.06)

9. Of course no one of the Soldiers is forgotten...
keren ,   sao paulo   (07.24.06)
...it doesn't matter where they are. And all of them are HaShem's Angels protecting Israel. Very soon, all of this will be finished, and a new and beautiful start will come for Israel ,B'H! My father used to say, when times were difficult, that ALWAYS the sun shines the next day,and that he prayed for G'od and G'od ALWAYS helped and protected him,the same way He helps and protects you all.

13. Kidame ,Forward To Gaza ,Who Knew
Marcel ,   Florida   (07.24.06)
The party of movement is moving . At least now they finally move in the RIGHT direction. Will they remove the Bush leash around their necks and finish the Palestinian problem or wil let veer left again ?
14. Big Advantage To Being Ignored
Stuart Bliwas ,   USA   (07.24.06)
The big advantage to being ignored is the IDF can operate vwithout being under the magnifying glass of the International Media. Every time the IDF takes decisive action again the terrorists there is a great wailing from the International Media about the great abuses heaped upon the poor abused Palestinians. This wailing is a major weapon the Palestinians have been using to their advantage. I say enjoy it while you can.
15. YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN!!
Michael Steiner   (07.24.06)
You are risking your lives for our only homeland: you are giants and heros to every Jew.
16. i AM WITH YOU # 1
Ginette Golden ,   Toronto, Canada   (07.24.06)
No way on this planet you are forgotten by any of us abroad, even in Israel. the IDF army is the strongest in the World whether the cameras are on them or not. They just do their job, courageously, relentlessly even when not many people notice. They are there in Gaza to uncover murderous tunels, they are there to defend their country. They are willing to pay the highest price in doing so. ALL IDF soldiers, whether in Gaza or in Lebanon are to be commanded for their courage and humanity (few hairs are going to rise on this one!). Keep up your wonderful work. Keep safe, we love and support you.
17. Forgotten in Gaza
Leif Palmer ,   Kamuela, USA   (07.24.06)
The world is watching. Israeli atrocities are under the microscope along with Palestinian attacks. Watch your step.
18. Disengagement War
Alex ,   LA, USA   (07.24.06)
I hope the First Disengagement War will bring less casualities than the Oslo War. Nobody went to Jail for Oslo. The results of the First Disengagement War are still in the air.
19. We are thinking of you all in Gaza
Christopher Green ,   Austin, Texas   (07.24.06)
My Family and I will be praying for you EVERY day. I will call some local area churches in my city and see if we can get some donations together for you. P.S. Let us know what your needs are specifically. Christopher Green and familly - Austin, Texas.
20. Support
GA, USA   (07.25.06)
We are praying for you. May God give you strength, courage and be ever present with you.
21. Media attention
Cyril ,   Alumim, Israel   (07.25.06)
As a resident alongside the Gaza Strip and have great admiration for what these boys are doing and consider them lucky to be out of the limelight and able to get on with their job without the eyes of the world looking at them and telling them that they mustn't fire their guns in case they hurt someone.
22. Another token of our support
Raymond from DC ,   Washington, DC USA   (07.25.06)
I just submitted a contribution to the Friends of the IDF, asking that it be directed to those on the southern front. Others might consider making a similar gesture. One item that proved very popular among US forces in Iraq was moist towellettes (e.g. Handi Wipes and the like). Those who have to survive in the dirt and smoke of a front will appreciate feeling like a mentsch, if only for a while. Those in Israel should give these boys whatever they need. Their morale mustn't falter. Wishing them much success, and a safe return home. And fellas, if it makes you feel better, many Palestinians in Gaza think *they* have been forgotten. (No comment.)
23. Fellow Tankistim
Moshe ,   Brooklyn, Ny   (07.25.06)
G'dud Oz 77 I miss you guys even though im out of the army now your sill in my prayers. GO VULCAN.
24. Dear IDF soldiers...
Ginette Golden ,   Toronto, Canada   (07.25.06)
No, no and no you are not forgotten! Israel is so small (yet so strong) invaluable IDF soldiers are needed everywhere...from the North to the South, from the East to the West. We in the Diaspora, and the Israeli People know the great, courageous work you all do. Your way of thinking right now, your feelings of "abandonment" is silly and does not become the powerful, brave army you represent. Get a grip and concentrate on staying alive. Your safe return to your family and loved ones is your (our) greatest victory. Stay strong, keep on doing your wonderful work of eradicating terror in your country and know that you are all, every one of you in our hearts.
25. THANKS TO YOU WE SLEEP!
Marcell ,   Kibbutz Nir-Am   (07.25.06)
For our brave soldiers in the Gaza Strip: Please know that we never stop thinking of you and praying for your safe return to your families. Thanks to you, my children can sleep safely at night. Keep up the good work and most of all: keep up your spirits and hold your heads high. We are proud of you.
26. I'll be thinking of the Palestinians in Gaza
lois ,   Baltimore, Maryland   (07.25.06)
and not the army that brutally oppresses them. There's nothing to be proud of any army like that.
27. to#26
(07.25.06)
better to teach them to spitt out the terror organisations from gaza. Why they need this organisations?to make their life"better"and"easier"?
28. Gaza soldiers
Robert K ,   kiryat ata   (07.25.06)
Don't fall into the trap of feeling sorry for yourselves. You must be strong and determined to destroy the enemies of Israel. Your are on the southern front of our battle for survival with enemies sworn to push us into the sea. You are NOT irrelevent or forgotten by any of us. Thank you....bk
29. you have not been forgotten
Judy Ziegler ,   West Orange, U.S.A.   (08.10.06)
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in Gaza and with the soldiers in the north. Your mission to safegaurd Israel against Hamas and bring home Gilad is just as important as the mission in the north and bringing home Eldad and Ehud. KOL HACAVOD to all of you and thank you.
30. Soldiers in GAza
Malkie ,   USA   (08.13.06)
kol hakavod- you will not be forgotten
