What is important is to win this war, not winning it will be a major setback for Israel and will encourage more terror. Peretz must not think about complications but about winning strategies. Moreover, world support won't help if Israel doesn't win on the contrary, in the future, countries currently supporting Israel won't support in her next wars because they won't be interested in paying a political price for supporting a country which is unable to win and reward their political support. Israel must work to increase support from her real supporters and not from so-called supporters who are bashing Israel according to hamper her war effort. The generals of the IDF must now (DE FACTO) take over the reins of the Israeli government. To do otherwise will mean terrible defeat on the battlefront.
