1. Those are the pigs we deal with
(07.31.06)
We stop firing and they don't? But that's OK, we only have to wait 48 hours to fire more killer missiles. I'm sure we will make up for the lost 48 hours - LOL.
2. Israel Makes A Ceasefire But Hizballah Keeps Sending Rockets
H ,   Jerusalem   (07.31.06)
And the world watches with glee. This is exactly what the "UN", the liberal-leftist and the rest of the world want - for Hizballah / Hamas / Iran to get rid of Israel, G-d forbid.
3. 2 Rules
Warrior ,   Who cares??   (07.31.06)
Israel can only win if it stoops DOWN to hb's level & play by their rules Screw world opinion and get on with the war!!! Remember WWII - nobody helped theJews then & nobody will now. Israel stands alone - as always GO IDF!!!!!
4. Kyriat Shmona is being destroyed
Nicole ,   Tempe, AZ   (07.31.06)
For more than 2 weeks, each time I think of Kyriat Shmona, and then look at the news, I keep thinking that this poor city will be compeletely destroyed. I pray for you everyday.
5. 47 people hurt
joe   (07.31.06)
1 with moderate wounds- 8 with light wounds 38 WHO SUFFERED FROM SHOCK??? Bloody hell, now I have to recalculate the casuality-figures of the palestinian people again. After almost 40 years of occupation, humiliation and daily harrassment there must be millions WHO SUFFERED FROM SHOCK!!

Dear Warrior, you are mostl probably right and besides I'm not sure that the collapse of the building was direct result of IAF activity (see reports about time discrepancy). However, since we r not Hizballa nor other "infidel haters" we do feel deep shock hearing about the tragedy. And yet, yet... I am afraid you are right.
7. #2 and everyon else:Reread the article-
Levine ,   Jerusalem, IL   (07.31.06)
note that these attacks mentioned here are BEFORE the ceasefire came into place... I am surprised, but for now Hizbullah is holding to the agreement. to #3: from a Bible perspective: there is a reason that world opinion is a major factor in the bible. Moses saves all the jews from death with the simple question "well what will the rest of the world think?" This week's parsha the sins of the jews are only hinted at so, says the Medrash, the jews wouldnt be looked down apon by the other nations. When we are surrounded by enemies, we need to be lookd at in favor. The world is a very lonely place without it.
8. Right
(07.31.06)
That's right. We feel shock about a accidental killing of children, unlike some who on purpose hide behind children, target children in suicide bomings and missiles and afterwards hand out sweets on the street and shoot in the air from joy.
9. wipe out
albert ,   u.s   (07.31.06)
hizbullah will wipe out isreal from the map. we all will pray for it.
10. To # 9 you better lower the dosage
me   (07.31.06)
Of the pills you are on, cause they are making you delusions. Israel was here before you and like you and israel will stand here a long time after you will be gone. I wish i could be here in a 100 years from now just to laugh at your face when you will see that.
11. To #2 and the others, learn to avoid government propaganda
Descartes ,   FRANCE   (07.31.06)
Even the news you are reacting tells you : no rockets were sent this monday morning, it was just a hoax. It is written, but written very confused, they WANT you to be confused. And because most of you are trained to be robots, most of you have no more brain no soul, most of you react immediatly : you are not able to read correctly you are not able to balance you are not able to understand they want you for puppets. But the world understand better, perhaps because after 2001 most of us decided STOP WITH THE LIARS. Open your minds and learn to read better, do not trust Fox news and seek where to find the truth
12. #8 nameless and one sided

Have you not seen the images of young Israeli girls writing messages on missiles intended for LEbanon? Not seen the images of Haredim dancing with joy at the sides of tanks firing into Lebanon? Not seen the images of ultra-religious soldiers in huge prayer shawls and phylacteries praying next to their Merkava tanks? Don't pretend for one second that you have a monopoly on self-righteous behaviour - and if you wish to read teh hi-tech version of handing out sweets then just scan some of the posts on YNET pages which call for turning Lebanon into a car-park, nuking Lebanon, Iran, Syria - you'll get a stomach-wrenching version of religious war Zionist-style.
13. Wake Up To... Bogus attacks
Peter Morris ,   New Zealand   (07.31.06)
One dosen't need much intelligence to figure out that some organisation for several weeks has been creating fear by setting up bogus rocket strikes. When you see rubbish sites aflame, reports of rockets landing near schools, kindergartens and hospitals more than likely the rockets have been planted and a small explosion set off. The first Hamas rocket to land in Ashkelon and by coincidence in a school was certainly a plant. The above article in the way it is written is dishonest but it does show at least the police to be honest in quickly refuting claims of these false strikes.

You are right. What I meant was, no matter what Israel does, it will still not get the "favor" it deserves. Look at current MSM reporting & how the terrorist tactics are not condemned by anyone. When last did Kofi or any one else condemn hb for their tactics?? The other point is, this a war. People are going to die. As painfull as every death is, it is unfair to keep a "score card". By trying to limit collateral damage, the IDF is only putting it's own soldiers at risk. GO IDF!!!
