Rockets weren't being fired from this location as janb's article states. The video I seen clearly showed rockets being launched from the general area of the builing. Whether rockets were launched from the site or whether they weren't isn't really important. Israel didn't start this war and civilians were told to leave the area. I'm still not convinced the hiz didn't destroy the building themselves...a 7+ hour time gap looks awfully suspicious.
