I am glad that the Arabs are laughing. The myth of the invincible Israeli army has been shattered. Fine, the IDF knows what it is fighting for and this knowlegde is more rock solid than any myth. The Israeli people and their allies are united in a way we never were since the 6 day war. This was achieved by retreating from Gaza and Lebanon, and this comes with a price. A price of blood, but we can manage that. And I will tell you why. Our soldier fight to live, their soldiers fight to die. We fight because we love, they fight because they hate. We fight because we must, they fight because they want. Out losses cause us pain, their losses cause them anger. Any loss we suffer will always be compaired to what would have happened if we did not fight. The same goes for the Muslims. If they did not fight, they would live in peace and wealth. If we did not fight, we would be nothing but ashes. This is why the IDF and Israel cannot be defeated unless it is completely and utterly destroyed. And Hezbollah is simply not up to the task.

As a neutral obsever, It is unacceptable for Israelis to live under fear of the raining Katyushas from Lebanon and this campaign should not stop until all the threats are neutralized. That means all the launchers should be taken out and a buffer zone of 25 km should be created that is free of Hezbollah militia. Israel also has the right to strike and prevent reinforcements from Syria and Iran to the Hezbollah. As sad as it seems with all these IDF and Lebanese casualties the only way to stop the conflict is Hezbollha to withdraw and remove the missiles and rockets directed at Israeli civilians. And to all these posters worrying about civilian Lebanese casualties, you need to remember that any body in Lebanon supporting the Hezbollah by placing the rockets in their houses and neighbourhoods is not a civilian anymore and a legitimate IDF target! Freedom doesn't come free. There is a price to pay.
