The death toll in this war stands as follows now: 516 - Lebanese Civillians 58 - Hizbollah Guerrillas 26 - Lebanese Soldiers 39 - Israeli Soldiers 25 - Israeli Civillians Which means: Hizbollah is killing more Israeli soldiers than civillians, and Israel is killing far more Lebanese civillians than they are Hizbollah guerillas. I find this strange since I thought that Hizbollah targets civillians, and Israel targets Hizbollah. Maybe they both have really bad aim?? Maybe they both use primitive weapons which can't be aimed?? For all who say Hizbollah fires from among civillian buildings: you're right, but when Israel goes in on the ground into Bint Jbeil and other southern towns, they don't stand in the middle of the street waiting with their arms in the air; they hid and take cover around civillian homes just as Hizbollah!

Israeli civilians who get killed in this war are victims of their own leadership which is too arrogant. This is one of the reasons why Internationa Community and Human Rights Organisations haven't much to say about that. It's not because jewish blood is cheaper than Muslims or Christian blood, but it is hard to moorn the agressor. Hizbollah fighters chose a military target when they captured 2 of our soldiers. Our government not only refused to negociate, but started a war on Lebanses civilans and civilian infrastructure. I think we have to learn some fighting values and values from Hizbollah, they always could attack Israeli civilians, but they chose to target our soldiers. Now after our brage army started massacering families and children in Lebanon, Hizbollah has a good reason to attack us. and by the way, Hizbollah so far is not trying to kill as many Israeli civilians as it can, I hope our wise and mature government will not push it to that stage because I guess these guys are very well prepared and can do many things they haven't done yet.

There is no cycle. Israel gets attacked and they respond....that's it. Israel withdrew form Gzaz, the Palestinians attacked. Israel withdrew from Lebanon on 2000, Hezballah attacked. There is only one cycle here...the Arab cycle of hate and violence towards Israel.
