Remember Nick Berg? Daniel Pearl? They weren't even soldiers. They can't show their "POWs" because they've already tortured, killed or sold them, perhaps. He is not entitled to the protections afforded a POW as he was in civilian clothes, not in uniform. Israel could legitimately shoot him. But you and I know that they will neither torture nor shoot him. Can you say the same for Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev ?
