Ineffective; an utter failure; totally useless. I think those words sum up not only UNIFIL but all of the UN. Other words I would use to describe the UN would include, but are not limted to, the following: criminal, terrorist abetting, sleazy, antisemetic, self-serving, appeasers, spineless and oxygen thieves (my favorite). The UN had a good run just like the League of Nations. Now, like all good dinosaurs, they have outlived any usefulness they ever had. They can leave New York. The sooner the better. France, Iran or Syria would be a much better place for them. The would be closer to their beloved terrorists and appeasers that way. I keep a couple of rolls of UN Resolutions next to my toilet. If I were a Jew, I'm not, I would start to think about my family and what I could do to prevent or escape from what my Grandparents/Parents endured during the last century. thanks for letting us know that UNIFIL was as bad as we all thought - that Hizbullah used them as a smoke screen, quite literally apparently too since they did not see the 40 milles of tunnels being built. And if the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon was acting with hands tied behind their backs then what was the point of them or the last UN resolution ? Isn't that what we've all been saying anyway all this time? The presence of UNIFIL was the very interim that Hizbollah needed to re-establish themselves. And it must never happen again -even if Siniora does break down and cry to try and get the latest resolution changed. Let UNIFIL be a thing of the past and lets send Hizbullah a tiger with teeth - oh yes, I forgot we already have - THE IDF!
