My husband's great-grandparents fled Iraq for Palestine around the time of the Balfour Declaration...decades before the creation of the State of Israel. They went from living a comfortable, upper-class existence in Basra to living a very difficult life with a lot of hardships. Qualify a whole ethnical or religious group (arab, muslims) as "terrorists" is a racist attitude. And racism, including anti-semitism, is the root of all the troubles.
