The next war without question will be rockets on Tel Aviv and all over Israel. Take a look at a map of the middle east. The Golan Heights is maybe 1/100 of all of Syria. We have already surrendered the Sinai, Gaza and soon the West Bank! Does anyone in the Israeli government see that there is almost nothing left of Israel already??!! The Arabs are not interested in land for peace becasue they have no use for this land. They are only interested in reducing Israel to NOTHING! It is amazing that these "brilliant" people are SO STUPID!

The sudden interest in Syrian "negotiations" is a pure "red herring". Dichter knows that the Americans have place a virtual black ban on any negotiations with Syria until they forgoe support for terrorist organizations in Lebanon and Iraq. Dichter is also aware that Kadima has now become a party without any cause as Olmert has finally abandoned his insane policy of unilateral evacuation. He, Peretz and Livni are desparately searching for 'something' to mollify public rage over the Lebanon fiasco. The idea has already been knocked on its head by Assad who know says that Israel can be militarily defeated as in Lebanon. He just needs afew thousand Katyushot missiles combined with the current strategy of the IDF. He can't lose!

Dichter is out of his mind. Syria wants to destroy Israel. Giving them the Golan will make them one step closer to their objective. As long as Assad is in power, there will be no peace with Syria.
